WHAT WE OFFER

FPD- Academy offers a variety of classes for different athletic levels and sports needs. If you’re looking to improve your game and take it to the next level physically and mentally, you can find the support and resources you need right here.

FPD SUNDAYS

Sunday 12h at Bregel Sport

On FPD Sundays we work with our players in small groups. Our focus will be on detail coaching, passing, shooting, technical ability, etc.

PERSONAL FIELD SESSIONS

This course is to improve physically, technically or work on the details of your game. This is individually depending on the needs of the athlete.

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS IN THE GYM

This course is to become stronger, faster or more explosive in a functional way in our gym

SCREENING AND TESTING + INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM

In our academy we rate functional training very high. This is why we give the athlete the opportunity to do a screening with our physiotherapist. After this screening the athlete will receive a tailor-made program to do at home and we have all the required information to work with the athlete.

REHAB

Injuries are part of the game. Also in this difficult time we stand behind you. We guide you through your injury process and prepare you again mentally and physically from the beginning until the end.

ONLINE COACHING

If you are a player from abroad or simply don't have the opportunity to come to us, we can guide you online. Set goals and work on them with online programs through our application

TRAINING CAMPS FOR PLAYERS FROM ABROAD

Are you a player from abroad and you've always dreamed to train or play in Belgium? We can offer you an exclusive training camp for a week in our academy. You will sleep in a very nice hotel in Genk and train with us. During the sessions with us the coaches will rate your level. Depending on this we can get you on a trial in a club matching your level.

GAME ANALYSES

We analyse your game by using the famous platform 'wyscout'. We discuss this in person or online, depending on your location.

Training camps for clubs

FPD can host your club in Genk for a training camp. We have an accomodation with 36 rooms, in and outdoor football pitches and a gym. We can make a tailor-made camp based on your needs with activities and friendly games.
